In 2009, we received an order from Malaysia to extract oil palm log fiber from empty fruit bunches for mattress application. We started to study the physical properties of this biomass and developed more types of machinery to utilize oil palm EFB, such as EFB shredder, EFB fiber cutter, fiber baling machine, etc.
In 2015, 11 sets of oil palm/coconut EFB chippers were installed in 5 biomass power plants in Thailand and participated in the Palmex Indonesia exhibition for the first time in the same year.
In 2017, YDF team designed and built a 2TPH oil palm EFB pelletizing plant, which was installed in Kota Tinggi, Malaysia.
In 2020, following the demands of Malaysian customers for the comprehensive utilization of oil palm EFB, we developed EFB compost turning machines, EFB organic fertilizer production lines, and forest mulchers for plantations and other machines.
In 2023, we continue to be customer-oriented, based on China's strong mechanical design and processing capabilities, and turn palm oil waste and coconut biomass wastes into a variety of value-added products, to help the sustainable and green development of the oil palm industry and coconut biomass utilization industry.
